Deliveries & Returns
DELIVERIES
All our deliveries are made using standard post for UK and recorded courier service within the EU. Shipping costs are not included in the price of each item and will be charged separately on each order according to your country and the weight of the package. Please choose your country of delivery address and update your cart in order to bring up shipping costs for the item in question. We cannot deliver to PO Box address. Once dispatched you should receive your items within 5-10 days for UK and 10-15 days for worldwide.
RETURNS
If there is any damage to your product, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order. In the event of receiving damaged or faulty goods please contact us at sales@sukumolondon.com. If possible, please describe the issue or send us some images. Please do not send the item back until you have contacted us first. No refunds or exchanges will be made for items returned without prior communication and agreement.
If your return is approved, you are entitled to an exchange or refund within 14 days of your purchase. We will not accept returns if the item indicates signs of use. In such cases the item will be returned to the purchaser. For accepted returns refunds will be made as soon as possible to the debited account excluding delivery costs. Please note, we cannot refund postage costs and the cost of returned goods is at your expense. Please make sure the items are securely packed, as the parcel is your responsibility until the goods reach us. We are not responsible for goods being lost or damaged in transit.
order cancellations
If you may cancel your order, please notify us at sales@sukumolondon.com within 24 hours of receiving your confirmation order. Policy: Orders, once acknowledged by SUKUMO, may not be cancelled without express written authorization by SUKUMO. If and when authorized, the following cancellation fees may apply: This order cancellation policy applies when the customer cancels all or part of an order after order acceptance and acknowledgement from SUKUMO but before shipment of goods or execution of services. SUKUMO can only refund Pending orders. Orders cancelled after shipment will be treated as a “Return” with all applicable fees. Orders which are refused at delivery may be assessed an order cancellation fee, a re-stocking fee and/or other applicable.
