Sukumolondon.com is owned and operated by SUKUMO London. By using Sukumolondon.com, you are agreeing to all of the Terms & Conditions. All orders and purchases made through this website are subject to the Terms and Conditions outlined below. By placing an order at Sukumo-london.com, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or have parents' permission to buy from us) and accept these Terms & Conditions which shall apply to all orders placed or to be placed at sukumolondon.com for the sale and supply of any products. None of these Terms & Conditions affect your statutory rights. No other terms or changes to the Terms & Conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing signed by us. These conditions may change from time to time without prior notice, including in respect of prices and availability of items. All prices listed on this website are in pounds and all charges will be processed in pounds.

PRIVACY

Sukumolondon.com respects your privacy rights. When you purchase items from our online shop you will be asked to provide contact details and card details. Your contact details are stored securely and responsibly and we will use this data to process and deliver your orders efficiently to you. We do not store any of your card details acquired through the website on our computers or otherwise. We take all reasonable steps to protect your personal details. However, we cannot guarantee the security of any data you disclose online. You accept the inherent security risks of providing information and dealing online and will not hold us responsible for any breach of security unless this is due to our negligence.

PAYMENT

We conduct all payment transactions via Stripes. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. All prices are inclusive of VAT at a rate of 20% (where applicable) + shipping costs. All products remain SUKUMO London's property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognised before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old you must have parents' permission to buy from Sukumolondon.com. All transfers conducted through Sukumolondon.com are handled and transacted through third-party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the Terms & Conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction, as they are responsible for the transactions made.

ORDERING

Once you have finished shopping you will receive an email confirmation of your order and again when it is dispatched. We will notify you by email if your order needs to be postponed or cancelled.
We reserve the right to cancel your order if: We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered / We do not deliver to your area / One or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typing error. If we do have to cancel your order, we will notify you by email and re-credit the debited amount back into your account as soon as possible. We are not obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment or inconvenience caused. All prices are subject to change and we retain the right to adjust prices at any given time.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

SUKUMO London reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. In the event a product is sold out, SUKUMO London has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way. SUKUMO London shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.
